MIRACLE ON EASY STREET PLAY AND LUNCH TRIP: Thursday, December 14th at 9:00 a.m. We will leave from the center and go to Powers Auditorium/DeYor Performing Arts Center for Youngstown’s original Christmas Spectacular, Miracle on Easy Street. Tickets are $12.00. Following the show we will go to V2 for lunch. You are responsible for the cost of your meal. See Jen if you would like to attend. PHYSICAL THERAPY SEMINAR: Monday, November 27th at 9:30 a.m. Cara Carramusa MS, PT. From Youngstown State University will be here to talk about physical therapy and the importance of staying active during these winter months.
STRETCH PLUS PROGRAM: The Center will be offering its Fitness Stretch Plus classes five days a week. The stretching exercises are designed specifically to increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Classes will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday classes will be held at 1:15 p.m. Healthy snacks will be provided following each class. This program is sponsored in part by The Trumbull Memorial Health Foundation, a supporting organization of the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley.
