Don’t forget, the Center has daily mind games, two fitness rooms, morning stretch classes, health screenings, and yoga and Pilates classes to help enhance fitness. The Wii GAMING SYSTEM and AIR HOCKEY OR PING PONG are set up in the parlor for members to use. The gaming hours are during the Center’s hours of operation, Please feel free to ask the staff for assistance.
ADULT BASKETBALL OR CORN HOLE: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the gym. Minimum of 2 players and must be members of the center.
WALK THE STEPS OR IN THE GYM: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Minimum of two (2) walkers. Sign in at the front desk.
