  PATRIOTIC POTLUCK BREAKFAST: Tuesday, July 11th at 9:00 a.m. in the coffee bar. Show off your patriotic spirit! Feel free to come dressed in patriotic colors or be creative with the dish you bring to share. Either way, join us in celebrating our nation’s independence! Please sign up by front desk or call the center.

  MONTHLY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION! Tuesday, July 18th at 9:15 a.m. in the coffee bar! Each month we will be celebrating everyone’s birthday in that particular month. The Center will provide a special treat. Feel free to sing Happy Birthday and celebrate with us!

  BINGO WITH HARBOR LIGHT HOSPICE: Tuesday, July 18th at 9:30 a.m. in the coffee bar. Diane from Harbor Light Hospice will be entertaining us with some bingo fun and prizes!

COOKIE DECORATING WITH WINDSOR HOUSE: Tuesday, July 25th at 9:15 a.m. in the coffee bar. Deanna will be bringing cookies to decorate!

 4th WARD BLOCK WATCH MEETING: NO MEETNG IN THE MONTH OF JULY. THE NEXT MEETING WILL BE AUGUST 9th at 5:00 p.m. Bring a friend/neighbor.

SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM: Our Center’s youth program is back for another fantastic summer. This year’s camp is free and will be held from July 17th through July 28th. The schedule will be as follows: July 17th – July 21st will be children ages 5-8 and July 24th – July 28nd will be children ages 9-12. Camp this year is sponsored by GIRARD FIREFIGHTERS I.A.F.F. Local 1220. Registration ends July 11th.

 MOVIES IN THE PARLOR: Every Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in the parlor. Come enjoy and relax with a movie and have some popcorn together with the staff. See Jen with any movie suggestions.

DAILY & WEEKLY PROGRAMS

 COFFEE BAR: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

 FITNESS ROOM HOURS: Monday & Friday- 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday- 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

MIND GAMES: Daily at 9:00 a.m. Join in on the fun and exercise your brain at the same time. NO GAMES ON TUESDAYS.

Tai Chi: Cost $5.00: Fridays from Noon to 1:00 p.m.

 YOGA, CHAIR YOGA, PILATES CLASSES

Chair Yoga/Yoga: Tuesdays/Thursdays. Pilates: Fridays. Call Roselyn Ragozine for more information and to check class times, (330) 719-4296.

MORNING STRETCH EXERCISES: Held in the parlor on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30 a.m.

 The Wii GAMING SYSTEM and AIR HOCKEY OR PING PONG are set up in the parlor for members to use. The gaming hours are during the Center’s hours of operation. Please ask the staff for assistance.

Adult Basketball or Corn Hole:  Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the gym. Minimum of 2 players and must be members of the center.

Walk The Steps OR IN THE GYM: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Minimum of two (2) walkers. Sign in at the front desk.

KNIT and CROCHET CLASS: Mondays from 10:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. Bring your own yarn, needles, etc. Class is free and open to our members.

 COMPUTER CAFE: Mondays and Fridays:  8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. & Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays:  8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 ONE ON ONE COMPUTER TUTORING: Computer tutoring available by appointment. Contact Jen or Christine to make an appointment.

 MEDICARE: Contact our social worker, Christine at 330-545-6596 to make an appointment.

 HEAP PROGRAM: See Jen or Christine for information regarding qualifications for the HEAP/Summer Crisis Program.

 OHIO BENEFIT BANK ASSISTANCE: Call the Center to set up an appointment with Jen for assistance.

NUTRITION MEAL PROGRAM/Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs: Monday– Friday at 2:30 p.m.  You must call reservation in at least 2 days in advance at (330) 675-2486. Suggested donation is $2.00/meal for seniors 60+ and/or their spouses. Menu calendars are available at the Multi-Generational Center. NO MEALS JULY 4TH
