 MONTHLY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION! Tuesday, March 5th at 9:15 a.m. in the Coffee Bar! Each month we will be celebrating everyone’s birthday in that particular month. The Center will provide a special treat. Feel free to sing Happy Birthday and celebrate with us!

  BINGO WITH WINDSOR HOUSE: Wednesday March 6th at 9:15 a.m. in the coffee bar, Deanna from Windsor House will be here to entertain us with some bingo fun! Come and play for a chance to win some of your favorites from a farmers market.

  THE MIDDLEFIELD BANK SEMINAR: Monday March 11th, at 9:30 a.m. Bonnie Davis-Foty will be joining us to talk about Elder Fraud Exploitation

 4th WARD BLOCK WATCH MEETING: Wednesday, March 13th at 5:00 p.m. Feel free to bring a friend or neighbor.

ST. PATRICK’S DAY POTLUCK LUNCHEON: Wednesday March 13th at 12:00 p.m. in the gym. Please bring a DISH to share. The center will be providing corned beef SO YOU MUST SIGN UP IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND. Sign-up sheet will be on table next to copy machine.

  NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE STATE WIDE TORNADO DRILL: Wednesday, March 20th at 9:50 a.m. Everyone in the building at this time MUST PARTICIPATE in the drill.

 VIBE SEMINAR WITH PARK VISTA AND YSU: Monday, March 25th at 9:30 we will learn about a program that provides a great opportunity to promote balance and reduce falls.

WELCOME SPRING POTLUCK BREAKFAST: Wednesday, March 27th at 9:00 a.m. Come get rid of the winter blues as we celebrate and welcome springtime. Bring your favorite dish to share and come dressed in your brightest spring colors.

MOVIES IN THE PARLOR: Every Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in the parlor. Come enjoy and relax with a movie and have some popcorn together with the staff. See Jen with any movie suggestions. There is NO MOVIE on March 30th.

COFFEE BAR: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

 FITNESS ROOM HOURS: Monday & Friday- 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday- 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

MIND GAMES: Daily at 9:00 a.m. Join in the fun and exercise your brain at the same time.

Tai Chi: Cost $5.00: Fridays from Noon to 1:00 p.m.

 YOGA, CHAIR YOGA, PILATES:Call Roselyn Ragozine for more information and to check class times and days, (330) 719-4296.

STRETCH EXERCISES: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30 a.m. A light snack is provided. STRETCHING WILL BE AT 10 A.M. on Mon. March 6th and Mon. March 11th and March 27th.

The Wii GAMING SYSTEM and AIR HOCKEY OR PING PONG are set up in the parlor for members to use. The gaming hours are during the Center’s hours of operation. Please ask the staff for assistance.

KNIT and CROCHET CLASS: Mondays from 10:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. Bring your own yarn, needles, etc. Class is free and open to our members.

 COMPUTER CAFE: Mondays and Fridays:  8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. & Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays:  8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 ONE ON ONE COMPUTER TUTORING: Please contact Jen or Christine to make an appointment.

 MEDICARE: Contact our social worker, Christine at 330-545-6596 to make an appointment.

 HEAP PROGRAM: See Jen or Christine for information regarding qualifications for the HEAP/Winter Crisis Program.

 OHIO BENEFIT BANK ASSISTANCE: Call the Center to set up an appointment with Jen.

NUTRITION MEAL PROGRAM/Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs: Monday– Friday at 2:30 p.m.  You must call reservation in at least 2 days in advance at (330) 675-2486. While there is no fee for meals, client donations are accepted toward the cost of meals.  The contributions are an important part of the funding for the program. Menu calendars are available at the Multi-Generational Center.
