A MATTER OF BALANCE is an evidence-based program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. MATERIALS & SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED.REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AND SEATING IS LIMITED. Classes are twice a week with a total of 8 classes. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30-3:30. No Class October 18th. MY PATH THROUGH-GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP
My Path Through is an 8 session, grief support group where you meet weekly to discuss a variety of topics related to grief and healing. Some topics included are anger, defining grief, guilt, getting through the holidays, physical well-being, self-care, and coping strategies. These sessions will be conducted by an Ohio Living Certified Grief Counselor. Sessions will be on Thursdays beginning September 14th through November 2nd from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. To register or for more information.
