A MATTER OF BALANCE is an evidence-based program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. MATERIALS & SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED.REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AND SEATING IS LIMITED. Classes are twice a week with a total of 8 classes. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30-3:30. No Class October 18th. 9th ANNUAL APPLE COOK OFF is Monday, October 9th from 9:15- 10:00 a.m. in the coffee bar. Participate by making your favorite apple dish and entering it in our tasting contest. BOSCOV’S FRIENDS HELPING FRIENDS EVENT: Wednesday, October 18th. A $5.00 Donation gives you a 25% discount shopping pass for October 18th. 100% of the proceeds go to the center.
