ELDER ABUSE SEMINAR: Wednesday, January 8th from 9:30-10:00 a.m. Kimberly Barrell from Ohio Means Jobs in Trumbull County will be discussing how Trumbull County Adult Protective Services and the Ohio Coalition for Adult Protective Services (OCAPS) can be an advocate for people who are victims of elder abuse.
